(TSX-V: “EPL”) has executed an agreement with an arms-length party whereby EPL has acquired a 100% interest (less 1.5% NSR) in a total of 7 individual dispositions comprising 3,635 ha contiguous with and directly south of EPL’s Fisher Gold Project located 125km east of LaRonge, Saskatchewan.

(TSX-V: “EPL”) has completed a number of individual agreements with third-parties whereby the Company has received title to individual dispositions in the area north and south of Claude Resources’ Seabee Mine property located 125km west of LaRonge, Saskatchewan. Cranbrook, B.C., 30 June, 2105: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd (TSX-V:EPL) has mobilized crews to commence geological fieldwork on several 100% EPL owned projects in the Seabee Gold Mine area, approximately 130 km northeast of La Ronge, Saskatchewan. The projects include Eisler Lake, Kettle Falls, Leyland West and Maynard Lake. All of the claims comprising the projects were acquired by staking by Eagle Plains and carry no underlying royalties or encumbrances. Phase One fieldwork is being carried out by TerraLogic Exploration Ltd.

(TSX-V:EPL) announces that field crews have been mobilized to commence exploration activity on the company’s 100% owned North Truscott and South Truscott properties, located 125km northeast of La Ronge, Saskatchewan. Acquired by staking for their gold potential, the discovery in 2012 of kimberlite-hosted diamonds at North Arrow Minerals’ nearby Pikoo property also highlights the areas’ diamond potential.
Cranbrook, B.C., June 5th, 2013: Eagle Plains has mobilized personnel to commence fieldwork on a number of exploration targets which were acquired by staking in early 2013 and are owned 100% by Eagle Plains with no underlying encumbrances. Project acquisition followed a period of in-depth geological research and resulted in six individual properties identified and secured for a total area of 97,000 ha. 2013 fieldwork will consist of digital data compilation (completed) followed by prospecting, geological mapping and soil geochemical sampling.
